Corria el año 1999 y teniendo en cuenta las tendencias europeas de aquel momento en lo referente al Heavy y al Power Metal, "Savage Land" pudo bien haberse convertido irremediablemente en otro disco del monton.Sin embargo, los trece temas que lo conforman poseen aquella inconfundible garra que diferencia alas copias concebidas con la billetera en la mente del material que proviene directo (y sin escalas9 del corazon. Estan los ingredientes de siempre:nacionalidad alemana, trama conceptual (en este caso, un relato post-apocaliptico evidentemente inspirado en la saga de las peliculas de Mad Max), los repiqueteos del doble bomb y los riffs y las agudas entonaciones vocales que ya todos conocemos de sobra.
